Accessing Voicemail


From the CONNECT portal online:

Go to your customer account management page

a. Click on your DUO device and click "Manage"
b. Click on "More Options" in the left hand menu
c. Once in that Portal (old portal), click on Voicemail
and activate (turn on) the voice mail feature.

From your DUO device, dial *98 which will give you the main Menu

The Main Menu will give the following options

a. Press 2 to change folders
b. Press 3 for advanced options
c. Press 0 for Mail Box options
d. Press * for help
e. Press # to exit

When Option 2 change folders is selected the following choices are available
a. Press 0 to new messages, allows the user to hear their new messages
b. Press 1 for old messages, allows the user to listen to old saved messages
c. Press 2 for work messages, allows the user to access their work message archive
d. Press 3 for family messages, allows the user to access their family message archive
e. Press 4 for friends messages, allows the user to access their friends message archive
f. Press # for cancel, this takes the user back to the Main Menu


When Option * is selected, the user will return to the Main Menu. Help instructions will be added at a later date.

When Option # is selected, the user will exit the Voice Mail system.
