Link your DUO to the CONNECT portal
You can login to CONNECT like this: https://ntconnect.com -> DUO Login (top right corner)
Username: email you used to activate your DUO or your DUO Phone Number
Password: your password created for your DUO
Once logged in, your DUO will show in the device list.
If not, click on Add a DUO to CONNECT (button on the top bar), and that process will find all the DUOs associated to your email. Click on the DUO, enter its password and you can now manage it from CONNECT.

If you don't see your device listed, click on "Can't Find Your Device?" and enter the DUO alias (label you created to name the DUO) and it's password.
