# How to activate your DUO Home Phone Service

To activate your DUO for the first time, go here: https://ntconnect.com/activate/

FYI - you will be asked to create a new CONNECT account User ID - this will allow you to manage your DUO and all other associated products and services all from the same CONNECT account.
