Making TK6000 Account Changes



If you have a Tk6000 on a lifetime plan you do not have access to the Connect Portal that DUO users have.


The following changes can still be made via our Support team:


  • Update your E911 Information
  • Add/Remove Call Forwarding
  • Activate/Remove Voicemail
