Latency / Echo Test - dial *123

Please dial *123 from your DUO to perform an echo test. Nobody will answer, so just speak into your phone, and you will hear an echo of what you said. Great for testing call quality of your home network to the NT Connect system. What this does is send your voice through your network to our servers and back (round trip)

The more immediate the echo, the better. The longer the delay, the more delayed a regular conversation will sound.

If this is the case, please contact your internet service provider so they can troubleshoot your network quality.
