How to renew your DUO on the CONNECT portal
- Log in to https://ntconnect.com/login as follows:

Please enter your Username and Password previously registered with NT Connect
Username: Your DUO Phone Number or same email used when you activated your DUO
Password: password you created when you activated your DUO

- Click on the **"Devices" ** button on the top navigation bar

- You will see your DUO listed and click "Manage"

- You will see your DUO's dashboard where you can manage and renew your service.

_NOTE: if you created a new account to sign in to the CONNECT portal and don't see your DUO listed, you can click on "Add a DUO to CONNECT" on the top of the page to link your current DUO to your new CONNECT account. _

To add a DUO, enter the device Alias and Password you created when activating your DUO:
