RETURN / RENEWAL REFUND POLICY

Did you purchase our product from one of our retail partners?

If you purchased from a specific retailer, whether in-store or online, please follow the return policy of that retailer. You risk losing your product if it is sent to NT Connect, and you will NOT receive your refund.

This return policy is only applicable if you purchased your item directly through the NT Connect's website.

Prepaid shipping labels are only available for devices within the continental US.


Return Policy for Hardware with Basic Service Plan

Your 30-day Money Back Guarantee starts on the day you received your item. You have a full 30 days to try it out. If something is not right, let us know as soon as possible and before your 30 days is up. If you are still not satisfied, simply return your item, using the enclosed merchandise return label, for a full refund of the purchase less shipping and handling costs.

You must return your product within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if there are damages from poor shipping or packing, or if there are missing components.

Additionally, items returned between 31 to 60 days after purchase delivery are subject to a 25% late return fee.

Items returned later than 60 days after purchase are not eligible for any refund.

Return/Cancellation Policy for the North American and International Service Plans

All calling plan sales are final. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of use, you may cancel the plan subject to the following penalties and restrictions:

No refunds will be given
Cancellation fee of 25% of the plan value will be charged.
The remainder of the plan amount charged will be given in the form of an international call credit to be used in accordance with netTALK Terms of Service.

Cancellation of plans after 30 and before 60 days after start of service are subject to the following penalties and restrictions:

No refunds will be given
A Cancellation fee of 50% of the plan value will be charged.
The remainder of the plan amount charged will be given in the form of an international call credit to be used in accordance with netTALK Terms of Service.

Cancellation of plans later than 60 days after start of service are not eligible for refunds/credits.

Refund Policy for Renewals of Service Plans

A refund is available only during the first 24 hours after you have submitted payment. After 24 hours, no refunds will be granted.

Refunds for Telephone number change

If you change your telephone number, the sale is final and no refund can be given.

Automatic Recurring Billing Refund Policy

We understand that for many reasons, a customer may choose not to renew their NT Connect service plan. If a customer has enrolled in our automatic renewal plan, they will receive an e-mail(s), at the e-mail address given when registering, starting several weeks before the actual billing on the registered credit card takes place. When the actual charge on your credit/debit card has been made, you may still cancel the charge within 30 calendar days of the charge being made, provided the new term of your service has not commenced. If 30 days have passed since the charge was made or the new service period has started, whichever is the earlier of these two events, then no refund will be given.

Refunds for Local Number Porting (LNP)

A refund is available only during the first 24 hours after you have submitted an LNP request and payment. After 24 hours, no refunds can be granted as NT Connect has paid irrevocable funds to have the LNP process completed.

Smartphone/TALK Credits Refund

All sales are final.

No refunds will be given
The remainder of the plan amount charged will be given in the form of an international call credit to be used in accordance with netTALK Terms of Service.

How long is the refund process?

In most cases your refund will appear on your bank or credit card statement within approximately 30 days. This time may be extended if there are shipping or other delays.

Exchange Policy

All device exchanges must meet following criteria:

A) The account must not be expired.
B) The device must be confirmed defective by a tech support agent, unless the customer wishes to renew for 2 years, in which case a new device may be issued without confirming that the old device is defective.
C) The device must be in warranty. If the device is not in warranty the customer must renew the account for at least 1 year before the exchanged can be processed.

All exchanges require a credit card authorization hold. The customer has the option to not place an authorization credit hold in which case they must send back the defective device before the exchange is sent out.

The Credit/Debit authorization hold will be refunded once the device has been received. If the device being shipped is not postdated within 7 business days the amount of the device will be refunded but the processing ($9.99) will not be.

If the defective device was covered by an existing warranty, then the balance of that warranty will transfer over to the new device.

If the customer is receiving a replacement device for a device that is out of warranty, and the customer is not purchasing an additional year of service, then the replacement device will have 30 days of warranty.

If the customer is getting a replacement device for a device out of warranty and the customer is purchasing an additional year of service, then the replacement device will have 90 days of warranty.

Additional Terms for Return/Refund of Bundled Wireless Phone and Services Product.

Wireless Phone/Service Refund Policy

1a. Once the order has been place, if customer wants to cancel service and return SIM card and phone, then a restocking fee of 30% will apply, if the phone is not placed into service. E.G. If the $150 Phone and 3 months is purchased, and not put into service, upon us receiving in our warehouse, the returned phone (in original packaging with all components) and the unused SIM card, then we will refund $115.00 (original price less the 30% RESTOCKING FEE).

1b. Partial returns are not allowed. As an example, If customer wants to return phone only and keep SIM/service, no refund will be given. Another example is if the customer cancels service only, and keeps phone (with or without the SIM card), no refund will be given.

Telephone/Service Bundle available for new or additional lines only. Current customer line transfers or SIM swaps are not eligible with this offer
