How to renew your DUO on the CONNECT portal

Log in to as follows:


Please enter your Username and Password previously registered with NT Connect

Username: Your DUO Phone Number or same email used when you activated your DUO
Password: password you created when you activated your DUO


Click on the "Devices" button on the top navigation bar


You will see your DUO listed and click "Manage"


You will see your DUO's dashboard where you can manage and renew your service.


NOTE: if you created a new account to sign in to the CONNECT portal and don't see your DUO listed, you can click on "Add a DUO to CONNECT" on the top of the page to link your current DUO to your new CONNECT account.


To add a DUO, enter the device Alias and Password you created when activating your DUO:
