HOW TO UPDATE or MANAGE AUTO-RENEW:


Please log in to your account: http://ntconnect.com


Click Manage Devices


For DUO Users:


  • Click More Options
  • When another screen shows up: Click Service Plans
  • On the Basic Call Plan field:
  • Click Manage Auto-Renew
  • Then update and make sure information are all accurate.
  • Put a check mark on the box as soon as you read and understood and agreen on the terms: I have read and understood the netTALK terms of service.
  • Then dont forget to SAVE CHANGES.



For Ezlinq Users:


Use the "Auto-renew" tab available in the customer connect portal.
