HOW TO UPDATE or MANAGE AUTO-RENEW:
Please log in to your account: http://ntconnect.com
Click Manage Devices
For DUO Users:
- Click More Options
- When another screen shows up: Click Service Plans
- On the Basic Call Plan field:
- Click Manage Auto-Renew
- Then update and make sure information are all accurate.
- Put a check mark on the box as soon as you read and understood and agreen on the terms: I have read and understood the netTALK terms of service.
- Then dont forget to SAVE CHANGES.
For Ezlinq Users:
Use the "Auto-renew" tab available in the customer connect portal.
