How to Customize, Get a Quote, and Sign Up for Business PBX Service
Your quote will depend on the size of your company. We offer you 3 examples or setup options at https://account.ntconnect.com/site/login on how you might customize your Business PBX service.

Customized Quote
Follow these steps to get a customized quote.
Visit https://nettalkbusiness.com and click on the Customize button.
If you are signed in, you will be redirected to the Customize Business PBX page. If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to sign in. (If you don't have a Connect User ID, then sign up. It's free.)
In the "Lines" section,
your selections will determine the number of lines you will need for your service.
Indicate how many extensions you need.
Indicate how many virtual receptionists you need.
Indicate how many local phone numbers you need.
NOTE: At a minimum, all PBX accounts are required to have at least 1 extension, 1 virtual receptionist, and 1 local phone number.
Indicate how many phone numbers are being porting to netTALK by selecting the quantity of ported local phone numbers.
NOTE: There is a one-time $10 fee for each phone number being ported in.
Click on the "Continue" button to save your selections and proceed to the next section.
In the "Minutes" section,
your selections will determine the maximum amount of monthly outbound minutes included with your service.
If you stay with the default "Pay-As-You-Go" outbound minutes plan, the first 100 outbound minutes are included free of charge every month.
NOTE: All outbound calls to the Contiguous U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico are charged 2.9¢ per minute, deducted from your TALK Credits balance. All other international calls are charged our ultra-low international calling rates.
Select the quantity of 5K Outbound Minutes Packages needed.
NOTE: With a 5K Outbound Minutes Package you avoid the fee of 2.9¢ per minute on the first 5,000 minutes of outbound calls made each month to the Contiguous U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. The 5,000 minutes reset every month. You will need to add TALK Credits to continue making outbound calls if you exceed the maximum monthly minutes included with your Package.
Click on the "Continue" button to save your selections and proceed to the next section.
In the "Add-Ons" section,
you can add more features and functionality to your service.
Indicate how many Call Queues you need.
Indicate how many units of 4GB Memory for Recordings you need.
Add a Conference Bridge, if needed.
Click on the "Continue" button to save your selections and proceed to the next section.
In the "Phones" section,
you get links to download our mobile PBX App and/or order various phone equipment for your office based on your needs.
Choose to download the PBX App to start using the service immediately.

Check the checkbox to indicate that you agree to the PBX Terms of Service.
Don't forget to review the right side panel titled "Your Quote" to take note of your Monthly Total, your One Time Total and Today's Total.
Click on the green "Add Quote to Cart" button to save your selections and proceed to the shopping cart.
In the "Shopping Cart",
you will see your final totals which now include applicable fees and governmental surcharges.
You have some optional actions available here: "Edit Quote", "Print Quote", and "Delete Quote".
Here you will see the subtotal which now includes any item fees such as equipment shipping fees or porting fees.

Here you will see today's final Total which adds up your first month of PBX service, equipment, fees, and surcharges.
You can now order the service by proceeding to checkout and paying with PayPal, Crypto, or a Credit Card.
After you complete "Checkout",
you will see a blue button labeled "Activate PBX" on the Checkout Receipt page. This button will take you to the PBX Account Activation Process.
