This article explains how to update the extension number, name, or default language of a virtual receptionist.
Sign in to the PBX Configuration Portal at https://account.ntconnect.com/site/login
Select the PBX Account you want to configure.
Click on "Virtual Receptionists"
Find the virtual receptionist you want to edit and click on the blue "Settings" button which has the cog icon.
Click on the "Update Settings" button. This will reveal a form, below the button, with all your settings.
To edit the extension number, use the "Receptionist Extension Number" input box.
TIP: Different types of lines require an extension number. We recommend you start each type with a different number. For example, Employee Extensions: 1xx, Ring Groups: 2xx, Call Queues: 3xx, and Virtual Receptionists: 4xx. Therefore, for this step extensions could be 400, 401, 402, 403, etc.
To edit the name, use the "Receptionist Name" input box.
To edit the default language, use the "Receptionist Language" drop-down menu.
When you are done, click on the green "Save" button to update the virtual receptionist.

How do I update the extension number, name, or default language?
Sign in to the PBX Configuration Portal at https://account.ntconnect.com/site/login
